Criminal and criminal-fiscal law

A traditional role of an advocate is representing clients in criminal cases. My practice focuses on criminal cases related to property crimes and fiscal offenses. I prepared for this during my postgraduate studies in economic and fiscal criminal law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.

Due to the areas of practice described in the other sections, I also handle criminal proceedings related to traffic accidents, construction accidents, and others. I also conduct disciplinary proceedings before professional self-government bodies and sports unions.
