Damages and contractual penalties

I assist clients in proceedings related to contract and tort compensations. 

Contract compensations are compensations for non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations. They may also take the form of contractual penalties. I have gained extensive experience in determining contract compensations and enforcing them. This also applies to contractual penalties, which may be reduced in cases of gross overpricing or improper performance of an obligation by the other party. 

Tort compensations are compensations for damages caused by unlawful acts, such as accidents or crimes. Handling such cases often requires experience in both criminal and civil law. Experience in both areas of law enables effective legal protection of the client.
