Property law is a branch of civil law that regulates rights and obligations related to ownership and other rights to movable things or real estate.

Property law concerns the principles of acquisition, possession, use, as well as disposal and acquisition by prescription of various things such as plots, buildings, apartments, cars, furniture. Within property law, there are many institutions such as ownership, servitudes, pledge or mortgage.

Matters related to property law may concern the division of property, its acquisition by prescription or the establishment of servitudes on it. I assist clients at every stage of court proceedings and pre-trial negotiations concerning property rights.
